Free Book Give Away

May 3, 2007

A really cool author sent me 2 books to give away. I haven’t decided yet how I’m going to give them away so I’m open for suggestions.

The book is Called, “The Society of S” and is written by Susan Hubbard. I haven’t had a chance to read the book yet but I plan on doing that tonight and tomorrow night. The synopsis makes it look interesting and I’m excited to give it a read.

About the book:

13-year-old Ariella Montero lives with her father in a house in Saratoga Springs NY —a house haunted more by secrets than by memories. Suddenly, she is pulled into a whirlpool of events threatening her anonymity and her life. She tries to run away only to learn the truth: Ariella is a fledgling member of The Society of S.

‘S’ stands for Sangunist: a sect of environmentalists concerned with ethics and human rights–although they happen to be vampires. ‘S’ also stands for synesthete: a person able to see words and letters in colors. The letter S is lucky for Sara, Ariella’s mother, who gravitates to cities such as Savannah and Sarasota . But will it be lucky for Ariella
